ECMP Load Balancing not working smoothly

Hi
Hope all are fine.
I have a 2 WAN of same Speed from same ISP. I deploy ECMP load balancing. But user always call me about speed issues. I don't know what happening. Now i have excess speed. but why user facing issues?
Please Tell me which load balancing is best for 2 WAN of equal speed
or
i can bound pppoe user to use WAN1 or WAN2 gateway

Hi.

What exactly issues user call you about? Load balancing is not a sum of two WANs, it can send some connections via WAN1 and another one via WAN2, but you can never have WAN1+WAN2 with a single connection.

Generally, PCC load balancing is a good one.
